Viliana Cuomo is the demigod child of the Greek god, Dionysus and the mortal, Rosetta Cuomo. They currently reside in the Dionysus Cabin (Cabin 12), the cabin of the demi children of their father. Viliana is decently known amongst their peers at camp for their skittish, bubbly personality. More so specifically their 'clowny' ways, as obviously seen, portrayed as a clown. Down from their makeup, and silly, ridiculously stupid actions of unseriousness around camp undeniably basically yells clown. Though, may be fairly known for being practically the most hated and least favorite demigod of the Greek goddess, Hera. Despite not being a child of Zeus, they've managed to get around in their quests, unintentionally pleasing Zeus; from their excessive smarts yet their gig to be unserious and carefree to the favors the demigod has carried out for Zeus in previous quests. From it, the fifteen-year-old is called Zeus's favorite demigod, while Hera's least favorite. Viliana is on a few accounts seen wandering in the Zeus Cabin (Cabin 1), using their ability to be in the cabin as an honorary member, to pester the children of Zeus. They're a strange honorary member, as most honorary members are between two gods, whereas Viliana was only an honorary member of Zeus because they've gained the liking and approval of Zeus; which makes them a rare case of a claimed honorary. They are in a romantic relationship with Enzo, a son of Agnostos Theos.

In the present day, Viliana takes the appearance of a childish clown. They're fairly young, currently fifteen-years-old. Viliana stands at a slightly above average height for their age. They have a balanced weight for their height and age, maintaining at the average throughout their life. The clown takes delight in their hair, loving the idea of somewhat long hair, though tends to lack the care to take care of it enough. Which has led them to just tossing up their hair into funny hairstyles which is usually adolescent-themed pigtails while making sure to show off their beloved dyed strips of checkered lime green hair. Naturally, they prefer their side split over a middle split. Keeping their bangs voluminous and going slightly over their eye. Which, it frames their face that is the main clown way of her looks. Wearing a bold, cheeky red lipstick that she enjoys going overboard with to accentuate her clown ways in appearance. Their eyes are more doe-eyed, large and wide with a natural glint of silliness and unseriousness in them. When taking a look at their eyes, they're a pale grey that swishes in with a tint of baby blue. Lively and exciting, which would come off as surprising when you think about how depressing the lives of demigods can be. Then again, it is believed they should've been a child of Loki in another life. Similarly, they share that same pale, nearly white complexion that most clowns score for. With it, they go for puppy-dog wings that are sharp and well filled in. Along with the signature clown makeup, consisting of long lime green triangles on the top and bottom of their eyes, with two red dots at the point. And, for every single clown, they either wear a puffy flashy red clown nose or will use their lipstick to color the tip of their nose red. They have a tendency to paint their right-hand nails completely lime green, whereas their left hand nails completely red (or black). The nail polish is usually very cheap, and tends to be picked off terribly by them, which relentlessly gets Aphrodite kids nitpicking at them for the habit.

Their attire consists of a considerably casual yet flashy scene-themed clothing. Which they preferably stick with lime green and black for the hues. A tendency to have a pattern of stripes or checkered, where they claim is their favorite. To them, fluffy accessories are the way to go. With their shoes completely hidden by their leg warmers, which are fuzzy and fluffy blended out lime green and black which goes about up to their knees. Beneath their leg warmers, they wear lime green fishnets that perfectly fit with the lime green accents of their attire. Which, the similar lime green fishnets are seen occupied on their lower arms to their palms. Fitted similarly to fingerless gloves, that have black accents, going about up to their elbows. Their attire is paired with a mini skirt, that goes slightly above their midthigh. It is checkered as pre-expected, with those same complimenting hues of black and lime green. Beneath the skirt, are black shorts connected to the mini skirt. Paired with the skirt, is on top with two belts, sharing that same checkered black and lime green pattern. The two belts go across each other, perfectly accentuated on their hips. The belts naturally aren't very big, as Viliana has a more skimpy and rectangular body shape, lacking curves. Finally, to finish off their casual yet flashy attire, they have a plain, slightly oversized dark grey v shaped t-shirt on top. Fitting loosely on their figure, yet well-fitting for the attire they try to score for. Occasionally, seen wearing the same t-shirt but replaced with a stupidly silly design in the middle of the shirt. (which is usually a dumb and corny joke or meme.)

- Dictukinesis: Able to sense, understand, and control alcohol, as their dad is the God of Wine. On that note, they can tell if any alcoholic beverage has been tampered with, laced with something unwanted or the ingredients used to make said alcohol are not safe for consumption.
- Chlorokinesis: Control over nature, most specifically plants and vegetation, as their dad is the God of Vegetation and Orchards. They are able to bind and suffocate their enemies with grape vines which are immensely strong and durable. They can also summon, communicate with, and manipulate vines, trees, orchards, and other such vegetation with the slightest ease, enabling them to cause barren wastelands to transform into fruitful meadows, make trees to bear fruit, and revive dead vegetation with mere concentration.
- Wildlife Control: Possesses control over animals and other such wildlife, including big cats such as panthers, tigers and lions.
- Curse: Can curse people; granted the ability to cast minor spells and curses involving their father's jurisdiction.
- Parafrosýnkinesis: The ability to control madness, as their dad is the god of madness.
- Enjokinesis: The ability to control joy and devotion, as their dad is the god of religious ecstasy.
- Hydrokinesis(limited): Can manipulate and control alcohol and alcoholic liquids.
- Wine Talk: Their own version of Charmspeak, called Wine-Talk, where they can basically make people say what they are thinking, similar to the drunk state.

- Flight: Can use wind to propel themself at great speeds with incredible agility.
- Lightning Immunity: They're fully immune to the effects of being struck with lightning, whether they absorb or reflect off the lightning it leaves no effect on themself. Occasionally, if using more energy, can use this lightning to heal.
- Weather Sensor: The ability to sense the current weather, as well as predict what will happen with the weather, such as foretelling when a lightning bolt will strike and knowing when it will start to rain. Though, this power only works with certain aspects that Zeus has godly power over, such as Lightning, Thunder, Rain, etc.
