Izaak Gaines is the Nigerian son of Dionysus and an unknown mortal woman. More popularly and commonly aligned with the title of 'Emerald' which comes from his bandmates and fans as he is the lead guitarist of the metalcore band, Beneath The Sky. The boy formerly resided at Camp Half-Blood with his half-siblings from the Dionysus cabin. Although, by the age of seventeen, he decided to leave camp and join Talia Bailey in the band, assisting as the lead guitarist there.
