Powers and Traits[]

Powers[]

  1. Children of Hastur can summon black, shriveled tentacles tipped with razor-sharp talons. If used to pierce the skull, they can siphon out the brain.
  2. Children of Hastur have divine lordship over creatures subservient to the Great Old Ones, such as the Deep Ones. This is because Hastur's title is "Great Prince of the Old Ones."
  3. Like most children of the Great Old Ones, children of Hastur can plant insanity in a victim's head. This is because the Great Old Ones were thought to be so complex that looking upon one would "invite madness."
  4. Similar to children of Cthulhu, children of Hastur can manipulate reality by infusing their own insanity into the cosmos itself. Only the most powerful of Hastur's children can do this.
