Don Harris is the eleven year old son of Hermes god of travelers, thieves, merchants, and messengers, roads, speed, trade, sports, borders and border crossings, loads, thoughts, communications, money and currency and the mortal woman Henrietta Harris.

Destiny

After Cole Davis becomes camp director replacing Dionysus, Don will be made the god of teleportation and messenger of Camp half blood. He will serve Cole as his personal messenger and as a messenger for all of the demigods who live at camp half blood. This is foretold by the fates which will happen in the future.

Past

Don was born to a loving mother, Henrietta Harris who was actually the half sister of Cole Davis and another man called Robert Harris. After Jane Davis (Henrietta and Coles mother) began to abuse Cole Robert and Henrietta left. After having Don Hermes allowed Henrietta to see through the mist and told her the truth about gods. Hermes as the god of money and currency buys them a house and places protection over the house. To make money, men were always at the house and one day a man named Trent. Trent was abusive, verbally and physically. One day Trent hit Henrietta too hard and she died. With the person who Hermes made the protection for dead the barrier fades and a hellhound kills Trent. Don eventually finds his way to Camp Half Blood and was immediately claimed.

Personality

Because of his upbringing Don has a hard time making friends, he is shy and will often apologise even if he did nothing wrong. If somebody moves there hand near him fast enough, Don will flinch violently. He is extremely loyal to the few friends he has.

Weapons

Don possesses only one weapon, βούτυρον meaning butter. Butter is an imperial gold, Greek styled knife that would one day become his symbol of power.

Pets

Don possesses a pet snake given to him by Hermes after a quest. The snake is called Anthony and is the nephew of George and Martha. He is destined to one day become immortal like his uncle and aunt once Don becomes a god.
