Christy (Acacius) Irving is the Scottish French son of Eros (protogenoi) and of his unnamed mortal mother. A Roman legacy of Bacchus through his maternal grandpa. Originally, he resided in Camp Half-Blood in Cabin 341. Although had a tendency to drop by Cabin 12 or Cabin 15, where his stepsister, Lesley Irving, resides.
Acacius ascended to godhood around the age of fifteen, taking the position as the strictly Greek god of Modernity, Male Femininity, Deja Vu, Transition, Predictions, Persuasion, Exoticness, Unawareness, Self-Appreciation, Self-Confidence, Self-Acceptance, Lust, Love, Forgotten Desires, Irreligious Drinking, Irreligious Pleasure, Irreligious Ecstasy, Intense Passion, and Lost Promises, Relations, Things, etc. He is the male version of embodied and personified feminine beauty; opposing Apollo who personifies masculine beauty. In other words, he is regarded like a male Aphrodite. His symbols are his Bird Feather, Kiss Mark, and his Heavenly Fan. His sacred animals are the Albino Toucans, Arctic Foxes, Addaxes, Sugar Gliders, Snowshoe Hares, and the Albino Otters. His sacred plants are the Dragon fruit, Cordyline, Heuchera, Coleus, Mosaic Plant, Peony, Magnolia, Clematis, Dianthus and the Cherry Blossom tree. - A common occurrence a decade ago, according to Lester (Apollo) was that Acacius used to hook up a lot with Heracles in order to mess with Zeus, who also according to Lester, had nearly went ballistic on Acacius. (Was avoided by just sleeping with the King of the Gods.)
- Finds the idea of watching the everyday lives of demigods to be highly amusing.

- Acacius
- The first name, Acacius, is the Greek originated name that was given/gifted to Christy shortly after his ascension to godhood. The name meaning, "thorny; or; innocent, not evil"
- Christy
- The first name, Christy, is his original and birth given name that those close to him regard to Acacius as. It is a unisex name of Scottish origins, meaning, "Annointed; Follower of Christ" which is said to be ironic as Acacius isn't very religious and is literally the deity of more than one irreligious activity.
- Irving
- The surname, Irving, is an uncommon although traditional Scottish last name that is considered a romantic variation of a last name, relating to the Scottish direct river, Irvine. Which also explains the meaning of the last name, Irving, which is, "Irvine, whispering river"
